He has acquired rich experience of close to a decade in Aviation Industry and has completed successfully more than 100 Aircraft Induction, Re-delivery & other associated projects to his credits. His notable association with leading Airlines & MROs. Antalya as Chief Engineer Cabin, Avionics, Structure & System and Base Maintenance & Technical Operation Engineering Manager at Sun Express at Antalya Airport.

K. Rath

She spearheads the business development and commercial management. She has gained rich international exposure in strategizing business operations to gain higher profitability for industries like KPO, Information technology and manufacturing. With a B-Tech degree and Executive Management Degree from IIM Ahmedabad, she carries a rich experience of 20 plus years to her credit. She is also on board of few social enterprises working in the area of Education Management and Women empowerment. She is a certified OD consultant and specialized in complex change management.

She spearheads the people management and training vertical at Windjet Aviation. She has acquired masters’ degree in commercial management and has nearly two decades of corporate experience. She is instrumental to manage overall HR & Administration function at Windjet Aviation.

Y.Shankar

He has 25 plus years of Aviation experience. He has worked with numerous General & Commercial Aviation Organizations.His domain knowledge encompasses Line Maintenance, Base maintenance, Engineering Support Service function, Materials Planning & Tech Records. As part of his notable achievement, he has provided advisory and execution support for few key projects in maintenance cost reduction, setup & Strategic Planning for Airlines. He has experience in more than 150 plus Aircraft projects till date and a fleet type experience comprising of B737 Classic, B737NGs, B737Max, B747, B757, B767, B777, CRJ-200, ERJ145, ERJ190, ATR-42, ATR-72, Q400, A318, A319, A320, A321, A330 etc.

Ronald Lussier

He carries nearly 30 plus years of Global Aviation experience with organizations like Qatar Airways, Kenya Airways, Singapore International Airlines. He has also gained rich work exposure with MROs and OEMs with organizations like Zodiac Services, SR Technics etc. He has gained fine technical acumen blended with notable commercial management skill set.

Alex Abraham

A M-Tech in Aeronautical Engineering. He has been an instrumental in successfully delivering numerous Re-Delivery & Repossession projects. He possesses total 8 years of Aviation experience. He has experience in 18 plus Aircraft projects till date. He has fleet experience in ATR, B737, B777, A318, A320 & A330 etc.

Frederico

A Brazilian citizen, a multi linguistic having proficiency in Portuguese, English, Spanish & Italian. He has more than a one decade of Aviation experience into his professional credit. He has completed his Bachelor Degree in Aircraft Maintenance and also holding a Post Degree in Project Management. He has been an instrumental in delivering more than 30 plus Aircraft delivery & e-delivery projects associated with many well renowned Lessors in past. At Windjet he heads the Business Vertices at Brazil. He has fine acumen of Aircraft Records, Audit, Planning, Delivery & Re-delivery.

He is a prominent Helicopter engineer holding B1 license on DAUPHIN SA365N3 & Dhruv ALH. He has worked with many reputed Indian helicopters company like PHHL (Asia’s largest helicopter operator) & HAL Bangalore. He was part of Dhruv design & production project. During his working tenure he has been associated with numerous projects like Design Phase & OEM documentation process of Dhruv ALH helicopter.

He is one of the Pioneers in Indian Aviation, he has more than 32 years of Aviation Experience with numerous International & Domestic Airlines. He was also associated with Air India, National Carrier of India. He is holding a valid FAA / GCAA / DGCA Licence. He is holding Licence for fleet like; A320, A321, A330, A340, B737, B757, B767, B777. He has experience in more than 150 plus Aircraft projects till date related to Induction, Re-delivery, Physical Inspections etc as a team lead.

He is also holding Structural Repair of HS-748, B737& A320, NDT & BSI on A320 Engines.
